About Reyes Roofing
A Los Angeles roofing company based in the northeast San Fernando Valley and led by Alexis Reyes Beltran.
Our Story
Reyes Roofing is a roofing company led by Alexis Reyes Beltran and based in the northeast San Fernando Valley, part of Los Angeles. It was built around the kinds of roofs that homeowners in this part of the city actually have: asphalt shingle, clay and concrete tile, and flat roofs that need a torch-applied membrane or a silicone seal.
Those four services, shingle, tile, torch-down and silicone sealing, are the core of what we do, along with the repair, leak, replacement and inspection work that goes with them. We would rather do those well, and tell you honestly when a roof needs something else, than promise a little of everything.
We work close to home. Pacoima, Sylmar, Sun Valley and the city of San Fernando are our neighborhood, and we also take on roofing across the rest of Los Angeles.
How We Work
Look first, then quote
We inspect the roof and explain what we find in plain language, so the quote reflects the roof you actually have.
Honest evaluations
If a repair will do, we say so. If a roof is past repair, we show you why. The goal is a decision you are comfortable making.
Four roof systems
Shingle, tile, torch-down and silicone sealing, so your roof is matched to the right approach instead of a one-size-fits-all product.
A written scope
Every quote spells out what comes off, what is repaired and what goes on, so you can compare it line by line.
